We are a boutique business and most items are made to order. Jewelry ships in 2-8 weeks depending on the piece. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Returns & Repairs

All jewelry is FINAL SALE. However, we want you to be happy with your Jacqueline Lapuck jewelry. Please reach out with any questions or concerns within 10 days of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of repairs and adjustments as well as shipping, unless it's within 10 days of purchase and it's determined that there is an issue with the product.

Customize It

We love creating bespoke pieces from engagement rings to customizing a Jacqueline Lapuck design. Every client is guided through the process from start to finish. We start with a consultation, go through the design, select the stones, and then set the piece. Please note that it can take up to 8 weeks.

Jewelry Care

We recommend you care for your Jacqueline Lapuck Jewelry by cleaning it with warm water and mild soap. You can use a soft toothbrush or jewelry cloth. Avoid using an abrasive material or strong chemicals.
